Welcome to [Demex](https://app.dem.exchange/)! This section helps you to get started & navigate the Demex platform if you are completely new to the space.

Demex offers a diverse range of financial services to cater to everyone's needs:

## How do I onboard to Demex?

To begin trading or earning on Demex, you can either use email login or a DeFi (any EVM / Cosmos) wallet.

1. Click "Deposit" and choose either the DeFi wallet or email login option.
2. Approve the wallet connection (if using a DeFi wallet) and sign the [T\&C ](https://guide.dem.exchange/earn/referrals/terms-and-conditions)acknowledgement message.
3. [Deposit USD or tokens](https://guide.dem.exchange/welcome/getting-started/depositing) for trading or earning.
4. [Activate](https://guide.dem.exchange/welcome/getting-started/activate-account) your account (to allow for EVM functionalities).
5. (Optional) Activate [One-Click Trading](https://guide.dem.exchange/welcome/getting-started/one-click-trading) for a faster transaction experience.
6. Start trading or earning!
7. (Optional) [Refer](https://guide.dem.exchange/earn/referrals) your friends if you like what you see!

## How do I fund my Demex account? <a href="#h_19fce366f8" id="h_19fce366f8"></a>

On your [deposit page](https://app.dem.exchange/account/balance/deposit/cgt/1), select USD or the token you wish to deposit, the chain you are depositing from,  and the amount you would like to deposit.&#x20;

There are multiple options available such that you can deposit any source asset from any chain.

Confirmation times and fees vary depend on the option selected.

After the deposit transaction is processed, your funds will be available to trade immediately.

## How do I withdraw from Demex?

On your [withdrawal page](https://app.dem.exchange/account/balance/withdraw/cgt/1), select the token you would like to withdraw, the chain you want to withdraw to, and then enter the address and amount you would like to withdraw. Withdrawal fees vary based on the chain selected.
