Demex features an inbox and notification system for various alerts. This will improve the overall user experience by ensuring important information is sent to the user's preferred messaging platform.

The inbox system can be accessed via the bell icon at the top right-hand corner.

You can also enable notifications for transactions and updates via Push notification, Telegram, and Email, at the bottom of your account profile page.

  1. Q: Why don't I receive Push notifications on my Desktop even though I enabled it? Make sure you've allowed notifications in your browser settings. This is typically found in your browser's site settings or permissions section. Additionally, make sure your browser has enabled 'Use Google services for push messaging' which is typically found in your browser's security settings.

  2. Q: Can I receive notifications if I'm not logged into Demex? Push notifications and email notifications can be received even when you're not logged in. Inbox messages will be available when you next log in.

  3. Q: How do I stop receiving marketing messages? You can disable marketing messages in your Inbox Settings. Your preferences will always be respected.
