Internal Transfer

Internal Transfer refers to the act of transferring Carbon tokens on Demex between Carbon addresses. If any other assets are transferred to the address, they cannot be recovered.

This article demonstrates how to withdraw tokens from one Carbon 'swth1...' address to another, using Carbon ($SWTH) as an example.

This guide also applies to $cibX tokens, which can only be transferred between Carbon addresses.

Withdraw $SWTH

Step 1: Navigate to the Demex website and select 'Balance' from the menu located on the right-hand side.

Step 2: Click 'Withdraw' to withdraw $SWTH on Demex.

Step 3: Choose 'Internal Transfer' under 'Select Network', and proceed to withdraw SWTH to another Carbon address.

Enter the recipient's 'swth1...' address accordingly.

To withdraw the amount you want, you can either enter the specific amount manually or adjust it using the toggle between 0% and 100%.

After that, you can click the 'Withdraw' button.

Step 4: Verify and authorize the transaction that appears on the pop-up window.

Step 5: To track the status of your transaction after depositing your tokens, click on your wallet address in the top left corner and go to the 'Transactions' section on Carbonscan. If the deposit is successful, the deposit status will be shown as 'Success'.
