# FAQs

1. **Is there any fees involved in converting to the grouped token?**

There is 0 fees involved in auto-conversion into the grouped token.

2. **What happens to my tokens belonging to the grouped token, if I do not convert them?**

You are not obligated to convert your tokens to the grouped token. You can continue to hold them in your wallet.

However, the grouped tokens will prevail in liquidity and trading volume across markets and pools, hence you are encouraged to do so.

3. **How can you close all your open positions at once?**

In case you wish to close your open orders on the old markets, and trade on the new markets with the grouped token USD, you can easily do so by navigating to app.dem.exchange/trade.

As shown below, under the trading view chart, you can see a tab called Open Positions. Un-check the Hide Other Markets button to view open positions across all markets on Demex.

You can close all your existing open positions at once and place new orders on the new markets.

4. **In case stablecoins within the grouped token $USD depegs, what happens on Demex?**

To take heed of stablecoin depegging events, there are safety features secured in place by the Carbon network, read [here](https://guide.carbon.network/features/grouped-tokens#safety-features).&#x20;

If a stablecoin within the grouped token $USD were to depeg, it’s deposits on Demex will automatically be disabled.
