# Lend Assets

On Nitron, you can lend out your idle assets to earn an APR on it. The custody of the asset remains with you, while you earn passive income on it. You can withdraw your loan permissionlessly at any given time.

To lend your assets, follow these steps:

**Step 1:** Launch Demex, click “Earn” in the navigation menu and click “Nitron” under the dropdown bar.

The Nitron page opens up as shown below.

**Step 2:** Under the “Lend” window, you can view all assets that you can lend at any given time according to your balance available in your wallet.

If you do not have available balance in wallet for any asset, deposit it from the Balances page first.&#x20;

For example, you are able to lend SWTH token which is currently earning an APR of 10.93%.

**Step 3:** Click the “Lend” button on the desired asset, which opens up to this window as shown below.

**Step 4:** Enter the desired amount, or select the maximum available balance from your wallet to lend. The option to “Use all as Collateral” is selected by default. This serves as a collateral if you wish to borrow other assets or mint the stablecoin.

Here we choose to use the entire amount as collateral, however you can uncheck this box and entire the desired amount as well.

You can view the change in your health factor after inputting your loan amount.

**Step 5:** Click the “Lend” button to finalise your loan.

Congratulations! You have successfully lent out your asset. You can view these assets on the “You’re Lending” window of the Nitron page.
