## Deposit $GLP to acquire $cGLP
**Step 1:** Go to the [**GLP Compounder page on Demex**](https://app.dem.exchange/strategy/glp-compounder)
**OR Go to** [**app.dem.exchange**](http://app.dem.exchange)
Under “Earn”, click on “GLP Compounder”
**Step 2:** Connect your Metamask wallet
Approve the connection to Arbitrum network
**Step 3:** Under “Deposit”, add the amount of $GLP tokens you want to deposit
Click “Deposit”
A popup will show after the transaction is successful
Congratulations! You’ve successfully wrapped $GLP to $cGLP.
## Withdraw $cGLP to acquire $GLP
**Step 1:** Go to the [**GLP Compounder page on Demex**](https://app.dem.exchange/strategy/glp-compounder)
**OR Go to** [**app.dem.exchange**](http://app.dem.exchange)
Under “Earn”, click on “GLP compounder”
**Step 2:** Connect your Metamask wallet
Approve the connection to Arbitrum network
**Step 3:** Under “Withdraw”, add the amount of $cGLP tokens you want to withdraw
Click “Withdraw”
A popup will show after the transaction is successful
Congratulations! You have successfully withdrawn $cGLP to $GLP.
