# Claim Rewards

You can claim rewards as and when you wish to. Rewards are distributed in a plethora of tokens, you can view the full list of tokens for distribution on CarbonScan [here](https://scan.carbon.network/dashboard?net=main). 

Follow these steps to commit liquidity to your pools:

**Step 1:** Launch Demex, and navigate to the [Pools](https://app.dem.exchange/pools) Page that can be found in the Earn dropdown in the navigation bar.

**Step 2:** The pools page opens up as shown below.&#x20;

Click on Your Pools in the side bar.&#x20;

**Step 3:** The page displays all the pools you have added and committed liquidity to.

You can choose to claim rewards from each pool using the Claim button. Alternatively, you can click Claim All.&#x20;

**Step 4:** On clicking Claim All, you can view all the rewards you have earned in various tokens.&#x20;

Note: A network fee of 30SWTH per liquidity pool is required for claiming rewards.&#x20;

Click on Claim to confirm your transaction.&#x20;

Congratulations! You hace successfully earned and claimed rewards for contributing liquidity on Demex.&#x20;
