# Claim esFLUO Rewards

$esFLUO represents the non-transferable, escrowed version of $stFLUO (staked FLUO) and is awarded as an incentive to encourage users to contribute $USD liquidity.

There are multiple ways to increase your $esFLUO rewards:

* By [boosting $stFLUO](https://guide.dem.exchange/~/changes/REiUq5w3vfdfOKEL0jdy/community/incentivized-public-devnet/fluo-dashboard/boost-rewards) into $veFLUO
  * You can acquire $stFLUO by staking $FLUO [here](https://guide.dem.exchange/~/changes/REiUq5w3vfdfOKEL0jdy/community/incentivized-public-devnet/fluo-dashboard/stake-fluo).

On the Fluo Dashboard, you can easily keep track of the total amount of $esFLUO rewards available for claiming.&#x20;

## Steps

To claim $esFLUO, click on the 'Claim' button on the Fluo Dashboard.

This will direct you to a new page where you can:

* Begin your vesting process: By clicking on the 'Claim' button, your $esFLUO tokens will begin its 12-month linear vesting period and be automatically converted into $stFLUO over the course of one year.
* Unlock and withdraw $stFLUO: After the one-year vesting period is complete, you will have the option to withdraw your $stFLUO tokens into your wallet by clicking on the 'Unlock' button located at the top of the Fluo Dashboard.
