# Incentivized Public Devnet 🔜

## Welcome 

A very warm welcome to the Incentivized Public Devnet on [Demex](https://dem.exchange/)!

The primary purpose of the Devnet is to assess a new feature on Demex — 'Perp Pools by Fluo'. This market-making strategy is specially crafted by [Fluo Finance](https://fluofinance.com/) to cater to Demex's perpetual markets.

In preparation for its highly anticipated Mainnet launch, Fluo Finance will be airdropping 3% of its $FLUO token supply to lucky individuals.

#### **How to increase my chances of getting the airdrop?**

By taking part in the Public Devnet event for Perp Pools by Fluo on Demex, there's something special for everyone:

1. **Eligible for the airdrop?** Congratulations! You have the chance to boost the amount of your airdrop by actively participating in the Public Devnet event for Perp Pools on Demex.
2. **Not eligible for the airdrop?** No need to worry! You can still become eligible by actively participating in the Devnet.

## Setup Instructions

1. Visit [https://dev-app.dem.exchange](https://dev-app.dem.exchange/).
2. Choose `Carbon Devnet` as your network.&#x20;

3. Log in to Demex using MetaMask. If you already possess an existing wallet (i.e. 'swth1' address), simply click on the Connect Wallet button. Otherwise, refer to the instructions provided [here](https://guide.dem.exchange/~/changes/REiUq5w3vfdfOKEL0jdy/welcome/getting-started/wallet-connection/metamask) to create a wallet.&#x20;

3. Once connected, navigate to the [Wallet Balance](https://dev-app.dem.exchange/account/balance) page and proceed to mint $USD and $SWTH tokens.&#x20;
